Here are some other possible reasons why you are experiencing problems.Browser compatability For the best performance it is reconmmeded to have a Broadband Internet connection. A slower Internet connection would not necessarily cause problems on the Logofresh site but may tend to make the site run slower. Cookies Security software Some security software could block the site from working. This can happen with certain identity theft prevention software - for instance the software may block the transfer from taking place to attempt to protect your privacy. There is no technical reason on the Logofresh site why the system would stop working for you. If you have any security software running on the computer/s you are using you could try disabling this temporarily to see if it alleviates the problem. Javascript You must have Javascript enabled in your browser. How to enable JavaScript in a Web browser Microsoft Internet Explorer 5/6 In Internet Explorer click on the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options'. Click on the 'Security' tab and then click on the 'Custom Level...' button. Scroll down until you can see options. They are located near the bottom of the list. Set the option 'Active scripting' to 'Enable'. Then click on the 'OK' button. Click 'OK'. This concludes enabling JavaScript for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or 6. If the problematic Web page (which did not work without JavaScript) is still opened inside Internet Explorer, simply press the 'F5' key on your keyboard to reload it. Now it should work correctly. Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 In Internet Explorer 7 click on the 'Tools' button located in the upper right part of the screen (next to the gear icon) and select 'Internet Options'. Opera 8/9 In Opera click on the 'Tools' menu and select 'Preferences' as shown on the picture.
